We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Inner Beauty Pet purchase from our site.  If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Inner Beauty Pet is happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-price items within 7 days of your delivery date.  We are not able to offer refunds on items that have been opened or used.

Sale Items

All products on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to extend promotions or discounts past their deadlines.  If a promotion is ran 24 hours after your purchase, please contact customer care for available options at info@innerbeautypet.com

Damages

If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email info@innerbeautypet.com within 2 business days and include your order number and a picture of the damage.  A member of our customer care team will be in contact with you shortly to provided you with possible options.
